Today was the first day that we went around loking for a house. This is one task that I hate and like to do. The part I hate is paying the deposit. The part that I love is get a new home.
This one woman I talk to asked me if I had a enough save up to do double deposit. First off, you should of seen my face. The look I had at that tme, you could of brought me for a penny. I was think......Lady that is like 1200 dollars that I need right now....
Well that is all for now. I will let everyone know how this misson impossible goes...
Yolanda, I feel your pain. I live around an military town and they think that everyone is military and have someone who can make the deposit and pay the utilites. Everyone that lives here is not military and its really hard to afford a place to live. I wish I could find a house here for 600 it would be wonderful. A 3 bedroom here is about 1200 and you have to pay your own utilities. Ive been divorced for a soldier after 17 years and tring to start our new is really hard near post but, my grandchildren and children live here in town and I couldnt bear to leave them and move back to Texas "I tried and came right back". Goodluck finding a place.
